Florida Full-Home Refresh

This project is a bit different from the others in our portfolio: it was a renovation for resale. As such, the approach when renovating is very different. Rather than design the home for a specific couple and their tastes, we identified the key features that would have the most impact on modernizing the home and increasing its sale price. We updated the color palette to light, neutral hues that make the space seem larger and refinished the kitchen cabinetry in white for a modern look. We also updated all three bathrooms with new counters, flooring, lighting, and amenities. The results? This home sold in just 2 days and well above the asking price!
