The best time to contact a GC is when you first have the idea to renovate. Even if you don’t hire us right away, we will advise you on your best order of operations, which saves you money and time long-term. When you decide to follow-through with the renovation, then hiring a GC is the right move. Our early involvement ensures that every inch of your home is designed with you in mind, and we will have a solidified plan — and your complete confidence — before any demolition or construction takes place.
In fact, having a detailed and expertly designed plan is the single greatest step you can take to ensure that your project remains on time and within budget. The sooner we can plan, the better. For more helpful advice, you can read our article on How to Find the Right General Contractor.

We are located on the Gulf Coast and serve several communities within our locale: Pensacola and Pensacola Beach, Milton, Pace, Gulf Breeze, Navarre Beach, Cantonment, Perdido Key, and other surrounding areas. We are willing to travel for the right project, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you don’t see your location on this list.
Note: Although these are the areas we serve, many of our clients own primary residences in other U.S. states. With 30+ years of experience, we are well-versed in completing renovations to perfection for out-of-town clients. If this is your situation, we keep you informed every step of the way through weekly updates, progress videos, and more.

As a full-service design-build firm, it is our responsibility to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and to do that, we use trades that we have vetted and built a rapport with over our many years in the industry. Even for practical purposes, like insurance and permitting, we will bring in the whole team.
That said, if you have a favorite trade you have already hired, we would be happy to speak with them and discuss a potential collaboration.

The timeline of every renovation is different depending on the project’s scope, the materials chosen for your home (i.e. how far they have to travel), the fabrication time for any custom-designed elements, in addition to other elements like weather conditions, material lead times, and labor supply.
That said, once we know your project’s scope, which we can discuss over a discovery call, we will give you reasonable expectations based on our 30+ years of experience in the industry. For full transparency, we will also continue to refine your project’s schedule as we move deeper through the design-build process.

In general, it is impossible to estimate the cost of a kitchen renovation without knowing more about it. The investment can vary widely depending on the scope of the project, the materials desired, the level of customization, and more.
However, to give you a general idea of what to expect, our renovation projects generally land between $50k-$150k, tailor, of course, to what our clients are hoping to gain in style, functionality, and ROI. To get a feel for your own project’s investment, book a discovery call with us here.

Although we never push our own sense style onto our clients, we do tend to attract those who appreciate transitional design — a mix of clean, modern lines with traditional character. Our projects are also unified by a look that feels light, fresh, timeless yet personal, and always high-quality.
During the design process, we will explore your sense of style together and always give you final say on the colors, materials, and fixtures we choose before any ordering or implementation. Your home is about you.

The first step to working with us is to book a discovery call with us here. We’ll discuss your project, share more about our process, and see if there’s a mutual fit. If so, we’ll then schedule an in-home (or virtual) consultation to really dive into the details, create a scope of work, and submit our proposal for working together. Then, your project begins.
