Copelare Kitchen Renovation

This Milton, FL home had been substantially damaged during Hurricane Ivan and was not restored until CKD Remodeling took on the project in 2017. The homeowners love to entertain and host friends and family, so we designed the home to suit their lifestyle. First, we created a new floor plan that relocated the kitchen to the center of the house, gutted it all, and got to work. Highlights of the finished space include a generous island with seating for guests, ample storage space with roll-outs drawers and tray dividers over the fridge, and functional cabinetry on both sides of the island. Design-wise, we dressed the space in beautiful knotty alder cabinetry, timeless white subway tile, and stunning quartzite countertops. Meanwhile, navy blue accent cabinets give a subtle nod to this home’s panoramic views of the Bay!
